Call Decision Letter

Our third grade teacher Mrs. Elizabeth Malme has accepted our call to serve as Director of Extended Learning at St. Paul Lutheran School. You can read her letter below.

Dear Members of the St. Paul Family,

After prayerful discernment and conversation with our ministry leaders, I am joyful to formally accept the Divine Call to serve as the Director of Extended Learning.

It has been a privilege to serve as the third-grade teacher in our school for the past three years. While I will miss aspects of daily life as a classroom teacher, I am excited to transition into this new role where I can support our students’ growth and our school’s mission in a new capacity.

I look forward to finishing our current school year strong with my students while preparing for this exciting transition. I ask for your continued prayers for our school, our students, and me as we begin this new chapter together.

We give thanks to the Lord for Mrs. Malme's decision, and we ask for his blessing on her new role among us. Our congregation has decided to request the assignment of a third grade teacher from the graduating class of our Martin Luther College, our college of ministry.
