CALL NEWS update

Mr. and Mrs. Arndt have come to a decision on their calls to serve as teachers at St. Paul School. You can read their decision letter below.

Dear Members of St Paul,

On Tuesday April 15th, we received Divine Calls to serve God’s kingdom at your school.

We know this letter will mean joy for one congregation and disappointment for the other. Either way, a congregation will be without called workers whose service they can use. What a joy and comfort we have as believers in our unchanging, all-knowing Lord and his timing.

So many prayers, thoughts, and conversations were had over these past few days. It has been a privilege for us to reflect on our current ministries and pray about how and where we can best use our gifts to serve our Savior. Thank you to all those who took time out of their days and nights to talk. Our family with 4 littles has already done quite a bit of moving in our short history, and processing another big change has been a lot.

Through all of this, we have decided with the Lord’s guidance to humbly accept your calls for Haley to serve as 5th Grade Homeroom and Middle School ELA teacher and for Chris to serve as 7th Grade Homeroom and Middle School Science teacher as well as Vice Principal. Our time was filled with blessings at Holy Cross, but we felt that the Lord was calling us to make this move. Please keep their ministry in your prayers, as they search to fill their vacancies. 

There are many souls throughout this world that need to hear about our Savior Jesus. May the Lord continue to work through us as we finish up our year at Holy Cross, and prepare to be a part of the outreach and ministry of St Paul next year.
